All Edelbrock products feature
a general warranty that states its products will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase,
excluding Performer Series carburetors and Race Division products which carry
a 90 day warranty, and remanufactured carburetors that carry a 30 day warranty.
All warranties are based on the assumption that the product(s) were properly
installed, subjected to normal use and service, and that the product was
not modified or changed in any way, neglected, or used in racing or competition
applications. The warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost
of installation and removal. The following products carry additional warranty
coverage:
Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems (five year warranty), RPM Series
mufflers/cat-back exhaust systems and IAS shocks (limited lifetime warranty),
crate engines (12,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first).
