Phil's Code Cavern
The code cavern is where I plan to offer links to projects that I
am or have worked on. These projects may or may not be open source. I hope you
find something that will be useful to you.
- What Is PHP? A Brief Introduction to PHP: Hypertext
Preprocessor. Includes examples of a dynamic NetSafe Color chart and an
Access database connection using ODBC.
- SageMon
allows the user to view the current status of SageTV -- what is playing,
and what is recording. This application runs under Windows in the system
tray and requires the .Net runtime (available for Windows 98 and up).
- My Scraper was designed to parse TV listings
from TV.com episode pages and generate a file to save as a .my file for
use with SageTV and a substitute SVT that has .my metadata support.
- HP Status Interface is a C# command line
application that will allow you to retreive the displayed status of an HP
printer and update the display on the printer. It has the built in ability
to display random messages and scroll long messages across or up the display.
Supports customizable screen sizes. Uses the Printer
Job Language ReferenceSet from HP.
- HTML_Graphs uses PHP to provide a nice class
interface for graph creation.
- TextManip uses ASP to provide text manipulation
functions under VBScript/ASP.
